At a time when most states are suffering a budget crisis, it now is evident that the cost of our present policy of allowing 800,000 illegal aliens yearly to enter our nation unopposed has truly escalated to unacceptable proportions. The main cost will be our children's futures.

We gotta hammer it home...

We can hammer all we want, but until people in Washington, other than Tancredo, begin to listn & do something, our heads are going to get flat on one side from banging against the wall.

"Talk about fiddling while Rome burns."
I am convinced both parties and the large corporations want a dumbed-down American electorate, so there is no one to challenge their plans for oligarchy. This is easily done by
a. flooding the schools with uneducable immigrants.
b. diluting current citizens voting power with amnesty for all illegals.

To say that there is a disconnect between the few who rule and the millions of the ruled is a gross understatement. But for anyone to find that out all they have to do is read the editorial/commentary of any paper to see that our elite is basically down to rearranging the deck chairs all the while hoping that the economy kicks it up a bunch.

Answer EVERY piece of mail and phone call requesting political donations with the following response: I will not contribute one more dollar until the GOP announces its opposition to illegal immigration, including a plan to stop it cold.

Its about all one can do.

I do that. Everyday, I also forward many immigration articles with my comments to the White House, RNC & my congressman. I get no response except the auto reply from the WH. I would like to think they read them, or at least are keeping some kind of tally sheet of the responses. Unfortunately, other than the most citizens being enraged, I don't see much happening in our favor.

We are going to have a federal budget deficit of $480 billion dollars in 2004(that is a half of a trillion dollars that bush is spending that we dont have), and maybe more next year, plus many states are going to have budget deficits. With so many americans out of work, how can anybody say we can let in more immigrants. We cant afford it. After we get our state and federal budgets into a surplus of $480 billion dollars, and after we no longer face any threats of foreign terrorism, then maybe we can consider immigration again.
