White Racist Endorses Bustamante in California Recall

(CNSNews.com) - A self-described racist has endorsed California Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante in the California recall election, praising the candidate for being what he calls "a separatist," based on Bustamante's past association with a racist Hispanic organization.

The unusual endorsement by Tom Metzger, former Grand Wizard of the California Ku Klux Klan and director of the White Aryan Resistance, was accompanied by a call for all like-minded Californians to vote for Bustamante in the Oct. 7 election.

Insisting his endorsement is legitimate, Metzger said he hopes that if Bustamante is elected, the issue of immigration and border control will reach a boiling point.

"Worse is better, to bring it to a head," Metzger said. "Either we're going to solve this by realistic negotiation or there will be blood on the border. One of the two ways is the only thing that's going to solve this problem."

As a student at Fresno State College in the 1970s, Bustamante was active in an organization, called Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, more widely known as MEChA.

MEChA is a racist Hispanic separatist organization that seeks to "liberate" and "re-conquer" the southwestern United States for Mexico. The organization has received unusual attention recently following Bustmante's refusal to renounce his former membership in it.

Metzger, on the other hand, supports white control of the United States and although Bustamante "champions another race," Metzger supports Bustamante because his election would highlight the issues of race and nationalism.

"Since we feel just the opposite [of MEChA], that Southern California must be reserved for the Euro-American people, then at least we're getting the main issue out on the table," said Metzger.

Bustamante's campaign did not return phone calls seeking comment on this story, but Bustamante supporters have defended the lieutenant governor by noting that he was a "moderate" Mechista, or member of MEChA.

Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom McClintock criticized such a defense, however. "It's like saying, 'Oh, I was a moderate member of the Klan.' It's incumbent on Cruz Bustamante to clearly and completely renounce the organization and its tactics and its views," McClintock said in an interview on San Diego radio station KOGO.

By endorsing Bustamante and drawing more attention to MEChA's stated agenda, Metzger said it would force Californians to confront the issue of illegal immigration. "The immigration thing has to be brought to a head, and I feel that the best way to do that is endorse the worst, in the sense of he is a racist and he knows what I'm talking about," agued Metzger.

One of MEChA's founding documents, El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan, refers to a "brutal 'gringo' invasion of our territories" and includes the motto: "Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada," which means "For the race, everything. For those outside the race, nothing."

"If that isn't racist I don't know what is," said Metzger.

Aztlan refers to that territory ceded by Mexico to the United States in 1848, including California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and parts of Colorado, Utah, and Texas. MEChA maintains that Hispanics have a racial right to the land.

"Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans," El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan declares. "We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent."

Refusing to recognize the legitimacy of the current political disposition of California, many Mechistas refer to the state as "Alta California" (Upper California), which was the name of the land when it was a Mexican province.

MEChA also reportedly has ties to the Nation of Aztlan, a California-based organization that the Anti-Defamation League charges with "anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism, homophobia and other expressions of hatred."

Metzger said that he plans to schedule talks with the Nation of Aztlan. "They're highly interested in the Jewish question, I noticed, too, here in California," Metzger said, "so I'm going to approach them for dialogue."

Metzger noted that he has met with other non-white racial separatist groups in the past including the Black Panthers and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

Nope. If Arnold had been endorsed by Tom Metzger it WOULD get plenty of air time and press ink. Large Breasts may be a bigot but he is also a Democrat and the media will sit on this story for him just as it hasn't reported one word on his association with MEcHA.

By endorsing Kruz "I call 'em the way I see 'em" Bustamante (D, Mexico) the issue of immigration and border control will reach a boiling point

The Dumb-Ol'-Rats' drivers' licenses for ILLEGALS will bring out more voters than any election in recent history. And what of those registering to vote? Michael Barone reported (29 Aug.) that of the "new registrants, only 9 percent registered as Democrats." The remaining 91 percent was split almost evenly between Republican and independent. Keep in mind that was before SB60 (drivers' licenses for ILLEGALS).

I don't think Bustamante will win IF the Republicans and citizens are willing to confront the Dems over their patented voter fraud.

Otherwise, I agree that reaching "a boiling point" is the only solution to ILLEGAL immigration that is in fact a deliberate policy of Mexico's corrupt government's "nation without borders" policy. The poor people are being herded here with the approval of both of our political parties. Nothing less than boiling over will stop it.

We need more white separatists to endorse Bustamante. When it becomes a chorus of neo-Nazis behind him his support will crumble.

I'm sure you all knew that, though.

Just as the press sat on the sexual orientation of San Diego's District Attorney. Until AFTER she officially won the election, that is: One broadcast report-"...the first openly Gay District Attorney..."

"Metzger noted that he has met with other non-white racial separatist groups in the past including the Black Panthers and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan."

I've been in California for over 20 years and never heard of Metzger. This makes no sense at all. He has his own radical racist group and yet meets with other radicals?

My theory is some of these white nationalists dialogue with other ethnic supremacists out of mutal hatred of Jews.
