...Press Reports have only been reporting that the 9th Circuit's Pasadena 3-Judge Panel would be ruling on this ACLU Recall Lawsuit. For the 'No Under God Pledge' Ruling ...that meant Judge REINHARDT, retired Partime Judge NEWMAN and one other Judge.

...If Judge REINHARDT is not now on this Panel for his wife's ACLU Recall Lawsuit Case
...do you think he may have suddenly recused himself from this Case due to this Conflict of Interest..?

...That's the Case that took all us Citizen Activists down there in Long Beach to stop the City's turning over of our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base to the Communist Chinese COSCO Steamship Company in exchange for the China Army Money flowing thru the CLINTON Oval Office at the time. This literally took an Act of Congress, thanks to Senator INHOFE on our behalf.

The panels are NOT intrinsically related to where the case is being heard. If there are 6 judges (out of 29) who have offices in the Pasadena courthouse, they are no more likely to be on the panel for a case heard in Pasadena than the judges who live in Idaho or Arizona. IN other words, the panels are set up first at random -- then the cases are asigned to the panels.

So tough to think of Reinhardt as an uber-liberal while I'm reading his 1995 opinion in 56 F.3d 1087 (US v Barona). His stinging dissent defending the Fourth Amendment against the government's continual attacks on the rights of the individual made me look three times to make sure I had the name right, LOL.
