...BTW, I know that Judge PREGERSON Sr's Son is the U.S. District Court Federal Judge in Los Angeles who ruled in favor of the City of Long Beach's push to flatten our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base, no matter what..?

...That's the Case that took all us Citizen Activists down there in Long Beach to stop the City's turning over of our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base to the Communist Chinese COSCO Steamship Company in exchange for the China Army Money flowing thru the CLINTON Oval Office at the time. This literally took an Act of Congress, thanks to Senator INHOFE on our behalf.

...Also BTW, do you know why Judge REINHARDT was not assigned to his wife's ACLU Recall Lawsuit Case on the Pasadena CA Panel..? Does the 9th Circuit rotate its Pasadana CA Panel very often as a matter of course or was this a specific Non-Assignment for Judge REINHARDT due to a Conflict of Interest..?

...I wonder why the Print and Radio/TV Media hasn't been reporting on which 9th Circuit Judges woud hear the ACLU Recall Election Lawsuit on September 11, 2003..?

The panels are NOT intrinsically related to where the case is being heard. If there are 6 judges (out of 29) who have offices in the Pasadena courthouse, they are no more likely to be on the panel for a case heard in Pasadena than the judges who live in Idaho or Arizona. IN other words, the panels are set up first at random -- then the cases are asigned to the panels.
