Because the federal jury found him guilty of manslaughter? So now you put faith in the federal government? If the pr*ck had anything to do with the OK City bombing, he should be dead. Period.

Oh, yeah ... hold the trial in Cleveland County. Nobody there has every heard of Terry Nichols or the OKC bombing ... (/sarcasm)

My guess is that it will be moved to Tulsa County.

Give that guilty man a fair trial and hang him in the morning.

From what I've been able to pick out, his lawyers want the STATE trial held in another state besides Oklahoma and there's just no constitutional provision for such a thing.
Don't know why the man hasn't assumed room temp long ago.

I'll bet you dollars to donuts that Nichols and McVeigh were Al Qaida pawns.
With any luck some truth will be revealed at this trial.
TWA flight 800 was Osama as well. It will never be acknowledged though.

Thanks for your comments. In retrospect, I too believe the Oklahoma bombing is obviously an Al Queda hit. The Americans were "Lindh-like" pawns. I just don't know why they haven't claimed credit for it yet...Maybe it would jeopardize an existing cell. And the Egyptian airlines suicide-pilot...the Egyptians told vehemently us that suicide was forbidden in Islam...And we bought it. Hah!!!! OK, now I'll unwrap my tinfoil turban...

Why? For the government, it can complicate the case and raise a possibility of hung jury or acquittal if the jury doesn't buy the evidence.
Nichols has no incentive to say "Yeah, al-Qaeda told me to blow up the building," because he's STILL guilty as sin.

I don't want to see any more executions of supposed Oklahoma City "perps" until Strassner is extradited from Germany and forced to reveal every... single... detail... of everything... he... knows...

I'm with you. Too many witnesses and too much evidence has already gone bye-bye in this case. Too bad FR's top hounds on this have been banned.

Yeah... The one time I got "warned" on FR was when I was suggesting that it would be a good idea to examine McVeigh's motivations for doing what he did. There's a hypersensitivity to that issue here, for some reason - rather disappointing to anyone who believes in philosophical inquiry for its own sake.
On the other hand, a site that's left open to posting from by people with a schizoid detachment from reality who are trying to foment revolt out of sheer paranoia, will probably cause the site to self-destruct... so there's definitely cause for censorship in some cases.
But I have no idea who you're talking about, in any case - I'm no more a member of the inner circle here than I am of any circle anywhere...

I'm no more a member of the inner circle here than I am of any circle anywhere...Neither am I. My reference was to posters like OKCSubmariner. Hardly a schizoid a paranoid or a fomenter of revolution. He was not only FR's leading poster on this subject he was personally involved in uncovering the truth of it. If there was inducement to revolt it lay in the facts not in the intentions of the posters. The ME connection to the OKC bombing had become undeniable.

Hmmm... could it be that SAM found in the CIA's armory?
Or the Iraqi Army soldiers seen with McVeigh by eye witnesses WEEKS before the bombing?
Or . . .
