Here's some interesting things about this troll. Sometimes people doubt us when we say that we have some people who pose here. They pretend to be conservatives, but they like what Dean says. Or they pretend to be conservatives, but they like what Kucinich says. Or they pretend to be conservatives, but would vote for Hillary over Bush (I am not making these up). Or they just make comments about how dissatisfied they are with Republicans. This incarnation of this troll is a good example. Before spamming the tub girl to as many threads as possible before getting nuked, here is what it was posting:

Now I do. Thanks. I'm a fairly recent immigrant to the US, and authough I recieved a pretty good education in US Government where I came from (England), there are many nuances I have yet to fully grasp. I see the so-called "nuclear option" as a bad idea because if, god forbid, the dem's take control of both the White House and Senate at some point, the GOP is going to need that filibuster to do the same to the liberal judges as the dems have done to Bush's constructionists. What I don't understand is why the hell Bush didn't use a recess appointment for Estrada. My gut tells me he would have had Rove not convinced him otherwise, but that is pure speculation. | Posted by andrew_marczyk to goldstategop On News/Activism 09/05/2003 5:41 AM PDT #3 of 37 Alot of people seem to be blaming the GOP and Bush for Estrada's withdrawal when the blame should be laid squarely on the shoulders of senate democrats. That said, I can understand why the "nuclear option" was unworkable in the senate (bad precedent and all..), but I would like to know why Bush didn't appoint him during the recess. Anyone? I am not 100% certain, but I believe this is the same person who posted a thread titled something like "Ronald Reagan Dead After Sudden Stroke" that had that graphic in the thread body with a message under it in a large red font saying "F#$% YOU REPUBLICAN NAZIS, Love, the E.L.F."
Just another loving, compassionate progressive. There are some sick people in this world.
I'd advise FReepers to not be afraid to speak their mind, don't let the DNC and Greens control the talking points.
Know too that there are a number of active "sleeper" accounts dating back to at least 1998 that still get called into active duty. Just because an account has an old signup date does not mean that it isn't a DUsrupting troll.
The press has given Free Republic a lot of exposure, with exposure becomes visibility (and FR becomes a visible target). The left thinks that FR is an arm of the GOP and that we come here to get our marching orders (they've said both). They don't get it; they are of the mind that if they come here they can turn us into McCainiacs by trash talking President Bush, the economy, and campaign finance.
