157 in a '70 Delta 88. County Road 5 West of 7th street in Northern Anoka county.
I had a '68 Coronet at one time that I topped out at 135 going from Savanah up to Atlanta.
Driving fast is FUN. Dangerous. But FUN.

I hope you don't live up to your Freep handle. Looks like you might though.

135 in a 1990 Plymouth Laser, I pulled away from the Toyota MR2 at around 120. Not sure if he gave up or didn't have anything left.
Flat, straight interstate on a sunny, dry day.

157 in a Delta Rocket 88?
What had you done to it?
My dad's 67 Toronado would only pull about 130 (with the cylinder speedo)

Didn't get caught but went well over 150 on San Fernando Rd. between Flethcher Dr. and Glendale Ave.in Los Angeles in 1957 in a Corvette that I was tuning up for the Riverside SCCA race. Dan Gurney drove that race for us and the car was clocked at 157 in the back straight.
At the 1957 Santa Barbara race where I met my wife I gave her a 150+ ride around Santa Barbara the nite after the race. Guess it didn't scare her too bad, we're still married after 45 years.
In 54 I went between 130 and 150 at least weekly street racing in the D Fuel 32 Roadster that we held and drag and lakes record with.
