I am happy to finally hear some good news for the fine Americans at Klamath Falls.

Bush wanted the suckers de-listed as far as I know. You mean like he wants conservative judges?

As the lawyer litigating against Bush's Justice Department lawyers to defend the personal decision of Bush's own appointee to deny the petition for delisting, I beg to differ.
President Bush may or may not want the suckers delisted, if he has even considered the question. But his Administration fought delisting tooth and nail.

Misleading headline. Bush wanted the suckers de-listed as far as I know. This FWS under this administration has been the most tyrannical POS that ever became an agency. Need proof? Just ask any businessmen or property owner in a Florida city call Cape Coral, where an entire segment of the marine industry has been shut down over manatee junk science. All with the wave of a finger...literally. See nowadays our legislature doesn't even have to write a law, an agency can simply "decalare" or "decree" things all on their own.
The "it's not me, it's my out-of-control appointees" excuse is wearing thin, people are getting tired of it. It's his damn cabinet that is engaging in these very un-American leftist activities.
