I agree, I want them back also. I spent much of my younger days in those buildings growing up in NYC and visiting relatives who worked there, thankfully that day the one remaining relative I had who works there got out safe from tower 2, only cus he did not listen to the people telling him to stay.
Looking at the tour of the roof on that page, it reminded me of my last time up there with a good friend of mine in 1995, She knew I was leaving NYC and we were kind of saying good-by after a long walk on wall street and lunch. I never expected it to be the last time I would ever be there.
I will always miss those towers and always feel for those who lost family and friends that day.

I'm glad to hear about your relative. I would have been right there with him, out the door no matter what anyone said. I stayed at the Vista hotel there on business a number of times, the observation platform was a must multiple times during the trips.
I have a friend that never got that opportunity.
We better never forget! Everyone that calls us satan and swears to kill us all should be hunted down.
