There was never anything to fade. No one ever really cared. The news media sure isn't gonna stir it up either. It was a non story. The dems knew that from the start.

I agree - the Democrats have won. They will push even harder for the pro-life judge. This puts every single conservative judge in jeopardy. No one will remember Miguel Estrada this time next year.

This represents incompetence of the highest order. The Republicans ought to be ashamed.

That's their advantage. They can get away with this because they have the media on their side, and most folks still get their news from the big three. We've made inroads, but we still have a ways to go.

The next Democrat that gets in ought to see the same thing happen to his judges, though. As far as I am concerned, they need to receive this treatment.
