As for the time needed for people to become fed up with the left wing persecution of Christians, I think there is already a backlash developing and it could take the form of civil disobediance or perhaps a clarification of the first amendment. I can't add anything to that, except to say that I do not think Jesus Christ ever wanted a bunch of pacifist followers, who do nothing, while the heathen rape and murder their wives and children. This has not happened here yet. The key word is YET. It does, however, happen in other parts of the world.
