Because it was the only possible answer. He had no problem sitting in the seat until he saw a black man sit next to him. The problem wasn't his seat, it was his neighbor.

In the old soviet union, the communist party used to get 100% of the vote. The democrat party gets 92% of the black vote. I applaud the blacks who actually have the courage and independent thinking to vote republican. But when a group of millions of people vote in percentages almost like the "free people of the soviet union" did, I think there is a reason to start thinking in racist terms.
