I wish I'd have been there as well. I might have gotten myself booted, but I'd have raised my voice and given her a good solid piece of my mind as well. There'd probably be some serious cussing, as once I get fired up, I tend to ignore those rules of etiquette.

Isn't Continental based out of Houston? Maybe in her district? Tha explains it, she is Helmsley and thought it was her airline. How dare they keep the owner back with the common folk.
