The Sac Bee's Daniel Weintraub said that the Indian Gaming Lobby may spend up to $4 million to keep McClintock in the race and split the Republican vote.

The LA Times is writing gushing articles about McClintock. Willie Brown and Jerry Brown were speaking glowinlgy of him as well. They all seem to be on the same page.

On the radio top-of-the-hour news there was a brief interview w/ Bill Press, of all people, who stated quite emphatically that McClintock was the only real conservative running in the recall. Knowing who and what Press is, it left a bad taste in my mouth because it's obvious why he said it.

Yes, and Hannity "the ultimate brown noser/Ass kisser" pushes the Glitterman from Hollywood. Why, if half his so called Republican friends on his show would stop real fast it would take a block & tackle to pull Hannity out of their Ass.

This guy talks a great deal about values and to him, by simply saying, "EVEN THOUGH I DON'T AGREE WITH ARNOLD ON SOCIAL ISSUES HE IS A FISSCAL CONSERVATIVE".

Sorry Hannity, a real Conservative doesn't trade his soul for a win in California (the Moral Cesspool of Planet Earth).

Colmes sure has been touting McClintock, and the only reason is to divide the GOP vote. I don't have a dog in this fight because I don't live in California, but it's obvious to me that McClintock is a strong conservative who I think would be a better governor for California, but with the current 2 to 1 ratio of Dems to Pubs in California, I feel it will be a tough for McClintock to win.

Californians deserve a break from the socialist liberals who currently run the show out there. I guess any shift to the right is better then Bustamante or Davis, but I have my doubt's that Arnold is strong enough to change the course of California as he navigates his way through all the obstacles the left will put in his way. One thing is for sure, California will not be taken back overnite, it will have to be taken back the same way it was lost.... One step at a time!

Convincing the people of California that Liberalism is no good for the economy should be an easy task considering the massive job losses and the immigration problem they have out there. Lets just hope Davis is gone and that Bustemante is not elected and go from there, the GOP divided is the only hope for the Democrats, Maybe Arnold and McClintock can work something out like maybe offering McClintock the position of Lieutenant Governor if he remains far behind in the polls around 2 weeks from the recall election?

So have Willie Brown, and even Bustamante himself. McClintock should do the right thing and drop out. Not now... Wait until a week before the election, read the tea leaves, and if he's still far behind, drop out, and forget about his inflated ego.

Bingo. Whenever I see someone of Colme's ilk saying that if he were a conservative he would have to vote McClintock, I have to laugh. It's true, liberals think they're smarter than everyone else, and that we would take his words at face value. Like anyone with half a brain would take voting advice from Colmes.

My plan was to hold back and wait until a reliable poll shouwed who was ahead in order to insure a Republican victory. However, after seeing the makeup of Tom's supporters and seeing some of Tom's shifty eyed appearences, I don't think I could vote for McClintock ever.

I played the conservative or else game with Simon and ended up seeing Gray-out every day. I'm going for somone who can win and I think that person is Ahnold.
