You might find this interesting. I just heard a little blurb on Fox this morning that there are so many Brits on Atkins that it is causing an egg shortage in Great Britain.

That doesn't surprise me, eggs are the best and easiest natural, high proten breakfast on the list of choices.. but like you and I, folks tire of them after a while..

Isn't it funny how this diet has traveled everywhere on the planet, with few if any major problems reported. If problems do crop up it is usually because folks had a preexisting condition, or the diet triggered an episode that brought out a serious problem.

There are people in very small percentages that are subject to wierd reactions to the least suspected things. I had a friend that would react to ionized salt.. go figure!
