1. It took me about 45 minutes to down them (but it was only 64 oz of meat).
2. I burned 'em, carbonized. The more liquid that cooks out of them, the less you have to consume.
Burned? And is that how you ordered it at the restaurant? Everyone else here seems to think that rare is preferable.
