I ordered it carbonized/burned, but it came out to me medium well at best. I can't stand rare meat - it probably works better for others though.

Well done is my suggestion Rodney......Easier to consume....if ya want , give me a shout when ya go do this. I'm not far from Amarillo. I'll drive over and photograph the freeper feast ! Myself and Jeff Head are planning to do it sometime in the near future also.......
