Well done is my suggestion Rodney......Easier to consume....if ya want , give me a shout when ya go do this. I'm not far from Amarillo. I'll drive over and photograph the freeper feast ! Myself and Jeff Head are planning to do it sometime in the near future also....... Well, I picked my birthday as the date for no particular reason. I'd be happy to coordinate with you guys and do it at the same time. Let me know. I do want a month of preparation time though.
