Good Evening America…

It’s time to sound the alarms!!!

America has been over run with a bunch of no good busybodies who’s only interest in your welfare is to treat you like child, take your money and tell themselves what great people they are for doing this to you for your own good!

We are over-taxed, yet since we want tax relief we are greedy bastards who are heartless boobs who are not thinking of “the children.”

We are told our SUV’s hurt the fragile eco-system and again we are failing to think about “the children.”

We have our vehicles stopped on a whim, just to see if we are wearing our seat belts, but of course this is because we again are failing to think about “the children.”

We have our businesses closing due to over-regulation and hefty taxes but again this is done for the betterment of “the children.”

We have created Gay High Schools and we are told to support Gay Marriages for the sake of “the children.”

We give up our second amendment rights and allow our guns to be banned for the sake of “the children.”

We are allowing our country to be invaded by illegal immigration and our social welfare programs to be overburdened for the sake of “the children.”

We have declared “God is dead, long live Secular Humanism” for the sake of “the children.”

We have removed Prayer in school and replaced it with MTV for “the children.”

We have eradicated the Ten Commandments and replaced it with the “Law of Man” for “the children.”

We have championed for the right to abortion on demand for “the children.”

We have become a nation adrift, lost at sea and soon we will be sinking if our own folly all for the children!!!

Those little b*st*rds will ruin us yet!

I for one am tired, extremely tired of having to live my life at a level appropriate for the average 12 year old.

And I love kids, I'm even pro-life! Heck, I HAVE a kid. But the kids seem to be having all the fun, while the Nanny-state seems to have embraced its name in full, and would now have all adults serve as chattel-slaves to these mythic children.

They are not real children, they are the children of the corn.

...cue spooky music

We live in east central Indiana. The road blocks have been up all weekend here. I hate them, just like a police state. We drove through Huntington a few weeks back. There were billboards everywhere announcing "sobriety check points ahead". There were none. But, I wonder how many turn arounds were hounded down?

I don't won't to down play your post. These are all things to be concerned about. However, though Indiana is bad, compared to other states we are doing quite well.
