I'm thankful for people like Miss Lanier who volunteer to be test subjects for the next generation of medical advances. For each medical "miracle" we know today (transplants, chemo-therapy, etc...) somebody had to be first.

I'd like to know more about the possibilities of cross-species mutations when it comes to diseases jumping across in to humans.
Such as viruses will be able to skip the intermediate host - from [avians -> pigs/cows -> humans] to [avians ==> humans].
Food for thought.

More importantly, is it OK to eat filet mignon afterwards?

...diseases jumping... Possible side effects: hoof & mouth disease. May develop urge for grass, hay, or dandelion health supplements. Also, risk of being tipped over by teenagers on a dare.

hoof & mouth disease. Humans can already get a variant. Heck, even Bill Cosby said he'd shoot somebody that got it. (back when he was a decent stand up.)
May develop urge for grass...Also, risk of being tipped over by teenagers on a dare.
If they smoke enough grass, they'll fall over on their own.
...hay...
I think a roll in the hay once in a while...neven mind. I used to be married.
...dandelion health supplements...
And to see people spending time, money, and energy to eradicate dandelions from their lawns...wrong paradigm, obviously.

Humans can already get a variant. I did not know this. Disturbing news indeed.
(back when he was a decent stand up.)
He was an outstanding standup. Maybe becomming rich affects the funny bone (Steve Martin, Robin Williams, Bob Saget, Al Franken - not terribly funny these days), alas. Bob Hope was funny way way WAY through the years, imho.
If they smoke enough grass, they'll fall over on their own.
She's no fun she fell right over.

I understand that women are pretty much the same (parts-wise) as ever - time to get back in the saddle, bud.
wrong paradigm, obviously
Obviously.
