In my youth, I naively believed that the only hope for democracy was higher education and the so-called Fifth Estate. In my youth we called it the Fourth Estate. Did one get inserted when I wasn't looking?

In my youth we called it the Fourth Estate. Did one get inserted when I wasn't looking? Sure but the Fourth Estate often acts like the Fifth Column, at least that's what my sixth sense tells me.

Fifth estate was a freudian slip. He meant fifth column.

The illiterate moron, who no doubt majored in bronze studies, substituted 5th estate for 5th column. One thing that the media has missed is that the most virulent assland fanatics want to rip off northern messico and add it to the U.S. southwest to make a new country from which all other races will be cleansed. They consider the southern messican indians so inferior that they don't even want to dirty their hands killing or expelling them. This virulent pissant culture is alive and well even in northern CA where the law is totally terrified to confront them.
