Should the Catholic schools also ban the children of divorced parents, since divorce is also prohibited according to Church teachings?
This reminds me of when illegitimate children had to live in shame for their parent's mistake.
I think the Church and Catholic schools should be able to be charitable in these cases without compromising their moral convictions.

I completely oppose the sort of "rainbow curriculum" we've seen tried in NY that attempted to teach children that homosexuality is a normal and acceptable alternative to heterosexuality.
That was rightfully discontinued after parents protested...
If public schools in NYC rejected this, is no way Catholic schools would accept such a thing.
And again, I don't see how having a child of a homosexual attend a school is a real threat to the school.
