What's wrong with Prop 54? America in general isn't racist. We're all members of the human race and I'm sorry, but ANY random act of violence BY anyone AGAINST anyone else is a hate crime. We're all human beings.

Only the left is obsessed with race because the left is inherently racist.

Have to disagree with you here when you say "only the left", it is statistically 100 percent, but that is due to round-off...actually 99.9992 percent of the left is obsessed with race (the other 0.0008 percent believe in talking rocks that communicate with other worlds).

Cake_Crumb -- you are right. Clear and succinct! However, let's look at what seems to be going on in the opposition to 54 (same as the old opposition during 29)(below are crib notes from a pal):

• Organizations and professionals dependent on government funding for "race"-conscious studies or research (E.g., university minority studies departments, instructors; numerous recipients of government funding for research on racism, or on social economic or medical health disparities labeled by "race.");

• Drug companies, corporate giants, planning to market "race"-targeted medications to groups whom their advertising may be able to persuade to pay more for it on that basis ("It's tailored to us.");

• Organizations building "coalitions" of "minority" organizations into self-conscious political voting blocs (Umbrella organizations, including the NAACP, have grown under the colors of Multiculturalism, not to protect the voluntary rights of diverse peoples as the name implies, but rather to hold them collectively trapped, as though political pawns in a Marxist social engineer's chess set.);

Where are the WTC anti-globalists, right? Where are the anti-consumer marches? --- Silent.
