I lost my child bride to cancer 6 1/2 years ago after 28 years of marriage and three more years of me chasing her. I think about her every day and I remember something she said that helps me cope. My baby justified our cold, dark and wet winters as the price we had to pay for spring. My grief is the payment for ods gift, all the good years I had with her.
