Hey, guys, I've been mulling this over and over. Somewhere I remember reading that Lazzara said something about not being sure whether or not his court was the right place to argue this case. Does that mean the attorneys for the Schindlers should be trying to go after Michael criminally, or what? I've never understood legalese very well. To me they always talk in circles. Or is it just an inadvertant admission by the judge that he won't be likely to be swayed by any evidence that the Schindlers put forward? Oh well, just wondering out loud.

Hello Congressman. Please excuse me for not being a better wordmage. I don't know if you are familiar with Terri Schiavo's case. Terri Schiavo is a severly disabled woman, and on September 11th a judge in Floridah will set a date to remove her feeding tube (her only 'life support') after which she will starve to death in 10 to 14 days.

There are several threads going on her plight. This one is getting pretty large (approaching 1000 posts). Several Freepers have been doing some very intense research into the people in charge of the case (floriduh voter, kimmie7, pc93, Robert Drobot...) and have found some amazing pieces of information. It appears not only is there an incredible conflict of interest, but the possibility of outright crime going on.

Could you please take a look at this thread and examine the information? As an attorney I know you would have a better idea of how to proceed in the fight to save Terri than we do. If you don't feel like reading the entire thread, I can probably get everyone to compile the information for an easier read.

Thanks my friend. This is such a tragic corruption of the law. Many of us haven't had much sleep in the past weeks.
