Hey, guys, I've been mulling this over and over. Somewhere I remember reading that Lazzara said something about not being sure whether or not his court was the right place to argue this case. Does that mean the attorneys for the Schindlers should be trying to go after Michael criminally, or what? I've never understood legalese very well. To me they always talk in circles. Or is it just an inadvertant admission by the judge that he won't be likely to be swayed by any evidence that the Schindlers put forward? Oh well, just wondering out loud.

We need to rally now!
I have involved www.jail4judges.net in this. Please go to the site and write an appeal for help to the "jailer in chief" for your state, heck, why not all the states.
Attorney Linda Kennedy writes several articles on her site about "litigation holograms" and "vortexes". I just appealed to Linda for help.
What seems to be going on in this case is not what is really going on.
Thanks
Fay

His meaning was jurisdictionally. It involves something called a doctrine of Rooker-Feldman (case law). I did a bit of reading on it, but not much.
