The only authority who knows Terri's wishes is the highest authority and unfortunately, he can't be called as an expert witness.

STATE SANCTIONED MURDER in the Sunshine State because a young adult didn't write a Living Will. She should not be killed because she neglected to have the proper paperwork.

This is especially true because it is mainly Terri's husband who is saying she said didn't want to be kept alive artificially.

I don't think Mike's testimony should be allowed, (especially, if there is something like a Dead Man's statute in FL), since his comments were first made at a time when he stood to benefit from her death (After the malpractice suit was won).

Schiavo's brother and sister-in-law have given testimony along the lines of Mike's, but their's should be suspect, too. If Mike dies, they could inherit his property that he inherited from Terri.
