Thank you for that link. Very telling, at least in what's it's allowed to tell. I still have a lot of questions about where the remainder of that $9 million went. It doesn't really say why there's only $1.2 million to start with does it? What happened with the other $7.8 million?

I believe the $9.4M was the amount they asked for. The award was reduced to $1.2M to reflect Terri's attributable negligence, it says. I had read that she was bulimic.
