Are you saying that KY has stronger restrictions on euthanasia than FL or VA?

Well I am new to the legalese here and still trying to figure it out. But yes, in different states, different supreme courts have ruled differently and there do seem to be different laws on the books. Colorado is one of the worst to be brain-damaged in, depending on your family. Cranford said Missouri was very backward about the issue.

Michele Finn moved her husband from kentucky to virginia in order to have him killed, and Christine Busalacchi's father was in the process of moving her from Missouri to Minnesota in order to have her killed.

Nancy sent me the link to this -

euthanasia

And she said in her email that the Patient Self Determination Act, which was not voted on, but went through in some budget thing, meant that "clear and convincing evidence" was no longer needed, as it had been in the Cruzan case, which she thinks spurred the Act, at the federal level. We've all, unfortunately, been mostly asleep at the wheel and the rest of the world still is asleep at the wheel.

Our only hope longterm in fighting this is the legislature, and Terri doesn't have that time. I am praying for her attorneys though.

With God all things are possible

I'll take some info to church this morning, but Lord, the hour is late, and none of these people have even heard about all this stuff.
