from http://www.lisamcpherson.org/index.htm On December 5, 1995, Lisa McPherson was dead on arrival at a hospital 45 minutes north of Clearwater Florida. According to the coroner's report, Lisa was underweight, severely dehydrated, and had bruises and bug bites (see the entire report here).

The keynote speaker was Stuart Rogel, president of the Tampa Bay Partnership, one of the top ten economic development groups in South Florida. Rogel validated the Church for its literacy and anti-drug programs, and presented Mary (Story) with a special plaque... (emphasis added)

I'm glad you posted this. It sparked a memory. On one of the culture-of-death websites, there was a link to buy and/or read the writings of Hubbard.
