The adultery statute is still on the books in Florida, though, and in my opinion could be used as a stepping stone or as part of a much larger group of indictments. (PS, I've had no coffee today, that made sense to me! lol)

Heavenly Father, again we are here on behalf of Terri Schiavo. Just today, Lord, the printed word said that "the best decision-maker we can provide is a judge." Father, You established judges for righteous rule ... forgive us for the perversion of their authority. All around us, we see this authority so often twisted for power and personal gain. We have not been praying for those in authority over us, that we might live peaceably. Many are the sins to be forgiven, Lord ... place them under the blood of the Lamb that we might go from here renewed in godly efforts for Terri's life.

Again, Father, we ask that You work in the hearts of the judges who will be hearing and ruling on the family's petition for rehabilitation. Convict each heart that food is sustenance from You ... show points of law that our nation is committed to protecting and not harming. Give legal wisdom and orator eloquence to Terri's team ... open the hearts and the ears of those who will read and listen and decide ... again and again, Father, we petition for Terri's life. Return her to her parents ... reward them for diligence these many years ... let not the state break the bond of family ... let not any judge usurp Your sovereign authority, for in Your hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind. Be for her ... be for us ... our righteous Judge. Hold back the hands of any who would do her harm. Place a spirit of horror and dread in any who consider withholding what you so freely provide.

I just sent an email to "Sixty Minutes" for what it may or may not be worth. I put in the email that Jeb Bush has been unable to do anything or will not do anything. Maybe that line will spur CBS to action.

You're right, there are no links to this on the front page, so the only way one could find it is the way I found it, by being handed the link.
But I believe pc93 has all these documents in text format, and all you have to do is ask him for them.

I don't remember ever seeing, or even reading about any "Order" that Lazzara issued during the Sept. 2 federal hearing.
The only "Order" I've ever heard about is the one on August 30, directing the parties to appear in court on Sept. 2nd.

Listen, if we're going to go for more emails, I cast my vote for Ashcroft and being nice.
It seems to me like he is the only person who really would have jurisdiction, especially once this becomes a federal case, Please Lord let it become a federal case and let it be another incredible presentation from the Attorney Anderson.

Which reminds me, I would dearly love to have a copy of her speech from that hearing. I continue to find it incredibly inspiring and well-done, in my memory. :-)

As time goes on I am becoming more and more graphic when I email people about just what this "slow death" will bring. Let them think ahead to the possibility of their own fate in a nursing home someday.

Okay, I did find the #598 [What is that?], with a link to the Amended Complaint and Affidavits, AND the elusive "Order" by Judge Lazzara. The Order he signed on August 30, responding to the first Complaint. [ No you didn't.]

Robert, I don't know what you are confused about here. That is Judge Lazarra's response to the Schindler's request made on Aug. 30th, 2003 (Verified Amended Complaint). I believe she means that the link was originally on the front page but is no longer on the front page, but is still available on the site. The link to  http://www.terrisfight.org/fed.html is listed at the bottom of post 598, so why do you say it is not posted on any FR Terri thread?

Again, the legal filings pertaining to the federal complaint of Aug. 30th can be found on the downloads page under press releases. It may not be easy to find, but it is still there.

The poor parents can do nothing for Terri. I am somewhat surprised that Greer has not ordered that they not be allowed to visit on grounds that they are a "disruptive force" for the pending euthanasia. Yes, I know Greer does not call this "euthanasia."
