Okay, I did find the #598 [What is that?], with a link to the Amended Complaint and Affidavits, AND the elusive "Order" by Judge Lazzara. The Order he signed on August 30, responding to the first Complaint. [ No you didn't.]

Robert, I don't know what you are confused about here. That is Judge Lazarra's response to the Schindler's request made on Aug. 30th, 2003 (Verified Amended Complaint). This is where he set an emergency hearing date of Sept. 2, 2003. The link to this order is: http://www.zimp.org/order.pdf. You can find it by going to Terrisfight.org, click on "downloads" on the left sidebar, then scroll down to press releases and click on the top link, titled "August 30, 2003 - Federal".

I believe she means that the link was originally on the front page but is no longer on the front page, but is still available on the site. The link to  http://www.terrisfight.org/fed.html is listed at the bottom of post 598, so why do you say it is not posted on any FR Terri thread?

Again, the legal filings pertaining to the federal complaint of Aug. 30th can be found on the downloads page under press releases. It may not be easy to find, but it is still there.

But in fairness to Robert, it is impossible to access the link in your Post #598, SIMPLY by going to terrisfight.org. Your link http://www.terrisfight.org/fed.html contains the text of the Amended Complaint of August 30, which the other "federal" page, under "Press Releases" on Terri's site does not.


EVERYBODY! BOOKMARK this link. Or copy and paste documents like this when they appear, and organize them in a folder. Then you'll have them permanently in case they disappear from a web site!
