[history]
An extract from "May the Cannibals be Cursed!" by Fatma Abdallah Mahmoud, published recently in Al-Akhbar, an Egyptian government daily. That government has received nearly $60 billion in aid from the U.S. taxpayer since 1979.
Every place that it destroys, annihilates, and plunders treasure and oil [from], America does no less than what primitive cannibal tribes did in the prehistoric era!!

The Egyptian citizens would be fools to believe this dribble. It's too bad that this is what they get in their media. Not that we don't have our own media problems........

Obviously the target here is America, but the tone is just like the Nazi anti-semitic propaganda from Julius Steicher. Islamo-fascist really is the right name for these people.

They would slaughter them, tear them limb from limb, and mutilate the corpses, exactly as the American forces did to the bodies of Saddam Hussein's two sons Uday and Qusay, whose distressing and shocking pictures were circulated by the world media. Actually they tasted a bit like chicken. They were a bit stringy so I made fajitas, invited some friends and had a wonderful BBQ. There skulls now proudly adorn my porch and all my neighbors are jealous. I told them there are plenty more skulls where these came from. Next Halloween I intend to put candles in them.

This Egyptian guy is either lying scum trying to rile up the the great unwashed Muslim masses or a retard. How about all of the above?
This is what passes for respectable journalism in the Middle East. MEMRI does a great job of translating this stuff into English so we can all see what they're saying over there. Makes CNN look good, in comparison.

We need more media exposure in the arab world. More satelite TV. Show the pictures of the victims of Sadam's regime. Show the live video pictures of the victims of their bombings, especially the women and children. Place subtitles beneath the pictures like "terrorist heroism". Show them the programs that are improving their lives not destroying them. Place big screen TVs in shopping areas with the real news broadcasts. It can and will be a most effective tool. Look what RFE did over the years.

Well, the Arabic media finds ANY tragedy and then broadcasts it as the Americans fault. What the Arabic press will not do is broadcast these images.
