The Ten Commandments are also still on the outside of the US Supreme Court building, and also inside the building on the wall above the Court's bench. No one has dared suggest that the Supreme Court should rechisel its statuary and wall to dump the Commandments.
I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning.

In Washington Jefferson attended church at the "state-funded" Capitol and in Charlottesville he attended church at the "state-funded" Albermarle County courthouse.
Personally, I think there was a bit of the freeloader in the good gentleman...
