Mzzzz Potato Head Inc has to be giddy over the free fodder that the noooooze presstitutes provide . Too bad RKBA is not allowed in Chicago , cept for Oprahs of course, or someone could have possibly stopped this criminal. As we all know they will call someone with a gun to restore peace........but that ain't noooze !

As you say...a criminal with a gun is most often stopped by some law abiding citizen (and I'll wager that much more often than not it is not law enforcement) with a gun operating in defense of themselves or others.

The real crux of the issue is that very point. The people pushing for gun control know this too and they realize that for them (the criminals) to be in control, they must therefore disarm us (the citizens).
