As some would say this would make the bulldozer operator a war criminal. The one that pushed as Rachel Corrie dared him.

I don't think Rachel Corrie wasn't a UN worker. I think she was with a group of students from a college in WA who had gone on a trip to Israel to protest Israeli's tearing down houses of the families of bombers.

She belonged to ISM which is an NGO. A loathesome NGO that many call humanitarian. If an NGO is working under UN auspicies, the NGO workers get killed, then it *might* be a war crime going by this article.
