I wonder if the Teamsters (either individually or collectively) could be sued?That's exactly what's going on here. Rendell was a named party along with the Teamsters, but he's been dropped, and the matter has been kicked out of Federal court. The case goes back to the state court system.
What a travesty. I can imagine the result if a group of "right wing extremists" assaulted one or two "progressives" making a peaceful protest.
