I spoke with a plumber today and a guy who owns a water treatment company last week. Both had their Workman's Comp virtually tripled from last year to this year. Both fired their employees and now subcontract out work.

It's crap like this that forced many CA businesses to flee to Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. If a company can save $500,000./year on taxes, Workman's Comp, & benefits for transgendered domestic partners who can blame them?

LOL...you're brutally realisitc, billy, but hopefully it won't come to that. Still, workers comp is almost a bigger issue for small businesses than taxes.
