When this is all *OVER*, I hope President Bush does the *RIGHT* thing and nominates *MOORE* for the U.S. Supreme Court!

Thank you, Judge Moore, for keeping the dream *ALIVE*!

and they dare to accuse him of putting up the monument "in the dead of night"? The people of Alabama knew what they were getting when they voted for him. THESE guys are the sneaks.

I've read about Judge Moore's history.

They just gave him the ammunition he needs to win.

How is it that Judge Moore became Chief Justice after only 2 years serving on the Alabama Supreme Court?

Does anyone know?

These justices are forgetting that the Creator who endowed us with our inalienable rights is watching.

He ran for the office (it's an elected office in Alabama), on the back of the 10 Commandments, which he had showboated to keep in his courtroom.

Well that certainly give Moore a little more "high ground". As far as I can tell from a state/Fed standpoint, he is still within his rights as the highest judge in his state. He isnt enslaving anyone or running a drug ring. He is merely displaying a monument that is on display in hundreds of other federal buildings nationwide.

People in his own state are now turning on him to gain favor of the feds. Its looking rather petty for the feds to continue this and Moore is looking more strong to me. Of course I am nothing more than a System Analyst for a "Dilbert-esque" insurance company with ZERO law skills.

But I am a voter (not in Alabama though)...So my opinion counts.

Something rotten is happening down in Alabama.

It's starting to sound more and more like a facist police state. The thought police are taking over.
Next ting we'll hear about is lines of people being forced to get a 666 carved intio their foreheads or face the ovens.

Judge Moore and Alan Keyes were just brilliant on today's broadcast of Focus on the Family. Please listen to the half hour show. The discussion was articulate, constitutional, and intellectual. Here is the link:

"This move came on the heals of a hearing with the Chief Justice last Friday morning in which, amidst smiles and handshakes, the justices listened to the Chief Justice but asked no questions of him, nor made any comments."

God, that sounds just like Roman Senators just before the knives went into Ceasar.

Not that Judge Moore is anything like a Ceasar, but the rest of those jerks are sure pulling out all the stops to sink the daggers.
