The closest match I found for that snake I saw was a Northern Copperhead. So I might have been in TROUBLE if it had gotten me rather than that toad!

Did you send her the link to the Nevada review Mama_Bear did?

She doesn't stay home long enough to get on a computer. Like I said, the snake had to wait for her.

Any kind of copperhead is trouble.

Another cousin's 5-year-old grandson got it on the knee by a rattlesnake; playing in their front yard in San Marcus. That was about 3 years ago and they say he is not afraid of snakes.
