Simple solution for Soc Sec is to raise the retirement age to 75. ... then keep raising it as the life expectancy goes up.

Well, Bismark did set the 65 age limit when the average lifespan was about 50. The idea is to make sure few collect on Social Security. Then the SS revenues can be used for something else.
