Your absolutelty right. The welfare Moms have the best clothes, hair, vehicles (remember Cadillac Welfare Mom on aid in 11 states?), their nails are done and they have their oldest kids, maybe 7 care for the youngest.Blech!

NO welfare, Aid for dependants checks, should be issued to any mom, until she ups the name of dad. Then the state could help mom track the dad for child support. With DNA "dads" can easily be proven (or not).
