If there were such a working cure, what would it look like?

An exorcism. Maybe the church let this man down in a very fundamental way because the power is all but gone.

If Jesus walked the earth today, what could/would he have cured and what not, and why or why not?

Jesus said that those who follow him would do the four things that he did: heal the sick, raise the dead, speak in tongues(?), help the poor(?). I can't really remember exactly, but it's in the New Testament, naturally.

The Bible doesn't talk about Him even trying to cure any pedophiles. Some adulteresses, thieves and that kind of thing.
