This is good news. Bill Simon was in second place as the conservative candidate. He had no prayer. Good he steps down before wasting money.
Could be a good 3 way race now.

No offense to Mr. Simon, but he just didn't deserve a do-over. I don't think Uberroth is any more important than Huffington, in all reality, again, no offense inteneded.

Think most of his support will go McClintock. Real conservatives aren't ready to jump on the arnold bandwagon quite yet. Can't say I blame them.

Numbers have been tracking lower lately. Last one I heard a couple days ago was 55 for 45 against, with support dropping. Should be interesting to see what the numbers look like after Simon bails.
