[history]
In 1974, Danny Holland started doing muscle-building exercises. At first, working out with a spring-loaded isometric gizmo he'd bought by mail order was just a hobby for the wiry 15-year-old. Then one day he looked at a bodybuilding magazine and saw a massive, gap-toothed Austrian named Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I have only seen two Arnold movies (OK I don;t go to movies). They were "Pumping Iron" and "Stay Hunger". Anyone could learn some lessons about disciple from them ... they were good.
Ask yourself: What is the American Left afraid of that they do not aupport Arnold?

"Anyone that met him realized he was going to be someone special, just because of the drive he had,"
I went to High School with a person who has become rather well known. Even then I knew he would go far, and it was just that, the drive. I saw that even the teachers really listened to what he said, really gave him credence. And he was very serious minded and very nice, no swelled head and treated everyone with ultimate respect. But absolutly 100% self-confident.
Some people, you can just tell they've got it. It's not too many, cause not too many have it.

Ahnold may "appear" to be fit, but he obviously was not. Why else would he have needed heart surgery?

Mr. Shepherd recalls reading Mr. Schwarzenegger's 800-page "Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding."
I really started to get into this book around January this year. There is a reason this book is still the best on the market for bodybuilding. I highly recommend anyone it to anyone who wants to start lifting. Also, for all of the ladies who want to see really young pictures of Arnold from the 70's and early 80's...this book has them all.

Yes, of course. In this picture, he only "appears" to be fit. Riiight...
(p.s. Sorry for the large image, but it's actually only 45k)

Ahnold may "appear" to be fit, but he obviously was not.Muscles don't nescessarily equal health. There are things one can do, things that are not generally talked about, that will give you both big muscles and bad health. If you wanna see health, look at Jack LaLane. You'll see muscles too.

Inspired by Arnold as with Elvis or Cher, one name is all that is needed to identify Mr. Schwarzenegger When I think of "one name Arnold", this is the image that comes to mind:

Tom McClintock has no accomplishment to date. He is a voice in the wildnerness and a serial loser of important elections. He has zero chance of winning and can only serve as a spoiler. It's time form Tom to reassess, and then drop out.

Just perhaps the liberals want Americans to be obese.
Obeseity leads to health problems.
Health problems lead to medical dependency.
Medical dependency cost money.
People will ask for relive of spending money.
Liberals will propose that goverment pick up the tap.
People who are medical sependent will vote for the liberals.
Phsyical Fitness cost less. Feels great.
