the only problem is Judge Moore had to present it to Judicial activist Carter-appointed ALCU favoring Judges... Two of the three appellate judges that ruled against Moore were Republican appointees. Much as I hate to spoil a good story with some inconvenient facts ;)

Guess they just weren't thinking. All that PC repitition.
