Obviously not all Catholics are anti-pluralist secularists.

On this board however, there is no denying that the loudest voices against Moore are professed non-Protestants and a handful of atheists.

Part of my extended family are Catholic. It is only by chance of birth that I am not among them. I bear them no ill will and wish them the best.

I even feel that way for the Catholic and Orthodox Freepers here with whom I have issue, they are simply wrong and appear predisposed for any number of speculative reasons to be anti-right wing Christian politics or culture on this and many other issues. I've been here 3 years active. I know them. This is nothing new.

There are a couple CINOs on the board who are anti-Pope, anti-Church, pro-lesbian priestesses; to their credit they attack conservative Catholics, Protestants, and evangelicals with similar relish.

Um, MOST are not. OTOH, the KKK has been a great foil for the Leftists to indotrinate Jews and non-Protestants into thinking that 'right wing' means anti-them. You know the ol guilt-by-association. The Left is far better than the Christian Right at marketing fear and hate, despite the usual catcalls of Left against the right (eg "hate is not a family value" preaching that traditional values=hate; whereas the left are much better at hating.)

Oh the irony of secularized Jews fearing a monument to *MOSES* is exclusionary towards them!
