In the spirit of full disclosure, I believe Nofziger is a McClintock paid political advisor. http://www.tommcclintock.com

I am starting to warm up to the idea of McClintock. Even if he only forced Scwartznegger and Bust-a-nut to run a close campaign to him, he might be able to garner enough momentum in the next gubenetorial campaign.

In the meantime, the Perot factor has just kicked into high gear.

Well obviously if he is working for McClintock he supports him. Not sure why it matters whether or not he is paid by McClintock.

How do you know that Arnold won't be taken down to unelectable levels by Dem dirt revelations? Why put all eggs in one basket this early? There is plenty of time for McClintock or Arnold to drop out and endorse the frontrunner late in Sept., after some more seasoning of the race. (Though I would hope Simon drops out ASAP.)

It's known as "full disclosure" so there is no question and everything is out in the open.

BTW I, like a lot of other people, support Tom McClintock and I do not work for him nor am I getting paid. LOL

Remember the Rush Limbaugh song parody on Perot? It was a Perot-like voice singing the comedy classic "Their coming to take me away".

Schwarzenegger is the Perot in this race.

Oh nooooo! *Gather together the RINOs and the Sky-is-falling-Scaredypants-Republicans (SIFS) and let's start up the whine brigade* "A conservative can't win / he'll only siphon votes away / we're too frightened to vote on principle / only Arnie is electable" Ohhh and we can't have competition! Winning is the only thing that matters, regardless of who we elect, right? It's all about power, right? It's way past time for Republicans to get a spine...

Tick tock, tick tock....that is the sound of the countdown until Tom, Bill and Pete drop out of the race and endorse Arnold for Governor. Who will you vote for when they do?

I have a suggestion for the 'Conservative-Can't' brigade. Why don't we declare September a Schwarzenegger Free Month? That is, let's all support McClintock and see if we can boost his poll numbers up to front-runner status.

If it works, then we've got ourselves a conservative governor. If it doesn't, then we can throw our support behind Ah-node.

Wouldn't that make everyone happier than just ramming a candidate down our throats?

If there is no conservative Republican left, I will vote for Arnold Schwzarzenegger. If McClintock stays in, he has my vote.

By this I am certain you mean Schwarzenegger's campaign.
