Doesn't being pro 13,187, for a balanced budget and pro business with less taxes hit a higher number than 1%?
What a strange view you have of percentages.
In addition a Republican Gov. makes running for President or any other seat in the state for that matter an easier job than having a Democrat there.

considering the number of crossover votes that 13 and 187 got, I wouldn't say so definitely for them.
Balanced budget is mandated by law in California. It costs Arnold nothing to say he's in favor of it. Hell, even the lefties in Congress love a balanced budget now when they can use it to attack military spending.
As for pro-business, he's said that we need businesses to come back to California so he can tax the hell out of them. "For the children," of course.
So no.
