He is for 13, 187 and wants to not raise taxes and cut as best he can. Fiscally that is more conservative that Bustamante and it is going to be either Cruz or Arnold that win the race.
In addition, Arnold helps the whole Republican party advance by making the Republican machine more effective in the future elections in this state.

He's against 54 (Racial Privacy). It wouldn't surprise me to find out he's against 209 as well.
